! Before starting the 75 HARD program or any fitness program, it is important to consult with a physician or healthcare professional to determine if it is suitable for your needs.

The 75 Hard program requires participants to follow a structured eating plan with no alcohol or meals outside of the chosen diet , complete two 45-minute workouts (one outdoors no matter what weather is outside), take progress pictures everyday, drink 1 gallon of water, and read 10 pages per day of a non-fiction book daily for 75 consecutive days. Any alterations to the program are not allowed and missing daily goals will reset progress to day one.

Successfully completing the program can improve confidence, perseverance, and self-belief, and promote consistency in nutrition and physical activity routines. The program may lead to positive changes like giving up alcohol entirely and can help eliminate negativity while appreciating what the mind and body are capable of when committing and following through.

It was fine until day 70 when it just froze and wouldn't let me complete. Very frustrating. I reached out with no response. So close - would have been great to just finish on the app. Still finished but the app failed me at the end. Also, would be nice to actually get reminder notifications during the day.

Pretty decent App, I give it 3-stars: 1. Once an attempt has been marked failed, the App continues to count on days in that attempt. Would be nice to have it stop counting on. 2. Once you create an attempt and set a start date, the App doesn't allow you to edit the start date( had a last minute work travel and needed to push the start date forward but couldn't edit the created attempt, also once you delete an attempt that was never started it continues to add/count on the attempt.

You can delete an attempt and then create a new one (with a new start date) instead of editing :). Thanks again for your feedback and I hope for a better rating :) which will allow us to promote and improve this application.

I really like this app. You can go back and look at your previous progress pictures. You can also cross off your list as you complete tasks. I would like it if you could keep track of your water intake throughout the day, rather than just mark it as completed.
