I downloaded the app yesterday, and it's good so far. Due to financial issues, I can't exactly follow the diet, though, so I wish there was more variety to select from. It reminds me to eat multiple times a day, which is good, bc usually I only eat like twice a day and not much. So it's 4 starts for me so far! I might change the rating once I've tried this app a little longer

This app I so much good as I downloaded it yesterday because everyone tells me that I am too skinny. I am a teen. I always wanted to gain weight. My weight is 35kg and my goal is to achieve atleast 43kg. All the stuff is good in this app except the diet plan because as a teen i don't have money to buy such goods...and i wanted to ask that is it necessary to follow the diet plan..? Can I not gain weight by eating 3-4 meals a day..??🥺🥺...the app is so good although..👍🏻❤️

Within 1 month my weight was doubled and am very satisfied with this app..we could set our target weight and also shows our BMI range this gave me enough boost to workout consistently without skipping any days .
