Intrusive full screen reminders remind you in a way you can't ignore, but it goes too far. Once a reminder went off at the same time that I was receiving a phone call. This app's notification prevented me from answering the phone call and the phone app took over before I could snooze or otherwise clear the reminder. Disappointingly, it can't reschedule a weekly medication to a new day without deleting or ending and adding a new (duplicate) entry. No help documentation.

For the first time in my life I am reliably taking my pills. I started using it in March and I haven't missed a day. I have ADHD and I will shut off alarms without even thinking so having the app make you choose to take, skip the med, or remind you again later has really kept me accountable. I like the log and diary so I can keep track of why I skipped something or taken an as needed med. The best part is I am on the free version and have access to all essential functions. Love this app!

This app is INCREDIBLE at keeping track of complex medication schedules. I especially like that it can also keep up with stock management and refill reminders. There are so many ways to customize. The only thing I would love to see added is an additional stair-stepper scheduling option for medications like steroids that need to be taken twice daily for x amount of days, then once daily for x amount of days, then every other day for x amount of days. Other than that, AMAZING!!
