UPDATE: I transferred BTC to my EasyCrypto account. I managed to sell it for ZAR, but now the funds are stuck. I can't transact whatsoever or transfer it to my EasyEquities ZAR account. They don't even bother sending a communication as to why I can't transact. I'm starting to distrust them. I really think it's now time for EasyEquities to develop an entirely new app. The current app looks outdated. It's also slow, unresponsive and unstable. The app is merely a wrapper of their website.

I do love trading on the app, it's very easy. However the app itself has a lot of bugs and issues its constantly saying 'no internet connection...' however I have a perfect internet connection and am able to use other services such as Netflix very well ...therefore it makes using the app absolutely frustrating..also I feel like this only happens when certain Equities are at optimal purchase price therefore purposely making you unable to purchase it at that point. Very disappointed& dissatisfied

A great app for the most part though not without issues. The good is that it is simple to use and navigateband breaks down the costs of a trade very well. Customer support is quick to respond and knows their stuff. The bad, however, is the app has frequent internal server errors and, when searching and going back to its main database, doesn't take you to the last place you were at, it resets it.
