The new update created a whole new profile and Makro card number for me. I've lost all of my saved lists and previous order information. it also doesn't allow you to see which items are from marketplace sellers. I do not wish to purchase any marketplace products and like the option to choose. While the app is running a lot faster, some of the changes aren't great and the website seems to mirror the app.

I've used the Makro app for a few orders and found the pricing competitive and delivery fast. However, the main issue is that items are often out of stock, and customers aren’t always informed. It’s frustrating to have to follow up on incomplete orders, only to learn that products are unavailable, even though they weren’t marked as out of stock when I ordered. This makes me hesitant to order in the future. Great concept, but it needs to improve on stock communication and reliability.

I dont know what has changed, but its hard to find products. I have to filter through all the bulk products and over exagerated prices... items that cost R400 online that I know are R150 in the shops. I buy online every month, but I think this is the last. it should not be this difficult to find a 2.5kg sugar. Your pay more for less items are a mission to find as well. I dont know who designed this app, but you need to change it back. PNP and Checkers are quick and easy.
