Worst app ever!! I've had to reinstall it frequently, then it still doesn't work. Time-lag for alerts sometimes (+-60%) takes ten or more minutes to come through, even when manually refreshing. The latest issue is that my login Password doesn't get recognised and if I try to change it, I don't get the OTP, not even after 30 minutes. If it wasn't for the insurance requirement, I would have cancelled it immediately and go without it, or check what CAR TRACK can offer me. So in short, RUBBISH APP.

I had Tracker for a long time and on the app I could always track my vehicle in terms of location. Recently, I noticed that the app isn't providing any details except my car reg no. However, online it makes mention that my car is moving and in which direction. I logged a complaint. The guy says the features is restricted & I must now upgrade at a cost of course. This restriction happened all of a sudden with no notification whatsoever. It's a Money making marketing scam. Appalled and disgusted!!

Very limited app where not much can be seen concerning the vehicle (or will probably have to pay extra to monitor the exact location on a map). Keep on getting notifications every day that I have 8 unread messages on my app but when I go into the app I cant find where the messages are that need to be read... then after you have gone in to 'read' the 'messages', you have to press the home key to go out as the back button doesn't do anything....
