Ratings and reviews

Really upset that they have not updated their app to be able to work on Android 10. Have tried calling yoco 4 or 5 times and they have done nothing to help and have deliberately chosen not to contact me back. Have since updated the app... But still not fixed the problem. I have given multiple chances for them to make it right. App doesn't load when we click on it... Says "loading store.". Been this way for 3 months. Hoping for resolution...but until they do, they deserve 1 star.

What a wonderful service. I am a IT support technician and sometimes need to have a card machine. This is brilliant and the new machines don't need a phone or anything because it has its own built-in sim (no charge). The device is also brilliant about keeping its charge. The best thing is that if there is no sale, there is no monthly charge. Every small business should have one!!

bad, they terminated my account with an explanation. I can't even sell their devices. only used it less then 10 times.
