NMBConnect really stands out among Zimbabwean banking apps. It’s smooth, easy to navigate, and the free balance check is a real flex here. Sending money and paying bills is generally quick and reliable, though buying airtime can sometimes be a nightmare with failed transactions. Despite that, the app feels ahead of the game. It's fast, mostly dependable, and one of the best mobile banking experiences in Zimbabwe, minor hiccups aside.

Well, your App is good, but there is room for improvement. Did you know that you application only works when one has data in their phone or when one is on wifi? I happen to have an account with CBZ, and I use their application, Cbz Touch. With this application, one does not need to have data or be on wifi to be able to transact. You only need to have an econet sim card and you are good to go! And so sometimes you need to emulate your competitors in order to remain relevant in business.

When you change phones, this app is impossible to use. It will first tell you that your phone isn't connected when it is. Then it will say you have changed devices and you need an OTP to verify the new phone. When you do that, the app will work for a few weeks then it will start the same tricks again except this time the OTP will never come. Horrible Horrible App!
