I have a Google phone. Telus health app reports consistently fewer steps than what google fit tells it!! (Thousands less!! Yesterday I did about 9500 in google fit but Telus health says 6200!!). There is no alternative for android phones other than google fit!! Their tech support was not helpful (literally a cut and paste email of stuff to try). My employer pays Telus a boatload of money to do our wellness programs and there is a step challenge at work and can't participate properly.

Refused to let me make an appointment to speak with someone, then sent the police to my house when I disconnected. Completely worthless and only made everything worse. Do not use this "service", it will only aggravate whatever you're dealing with

I wish more fitness apps were supported (Samsung Health specifically). I had to get Google Fit plus an additional app from Google to sync my Samsung Watch with Google Fit (which I hate using).
