Completely broken and customer service is non-existent. For months now, it has regularly failed to upload recordings. They just sit there, not ever uploading and the retry/download/playback buttons all do nothing. It was intermittent before, but now it fails 100% of the time regardless of whether I'm on Wi-Fi or mobile data. I'm following all their guidelines for keeping the app open, etc. I contacted support and it literally took them 8 weeks to say that they're "working on it"

I just bought this because I really need it to keep track of my thoughts and to do lists In the moment as thoughts come and go. I think I had one note transcribe properly.... but after that nothing works!!!!!! for the last dozen or so attempts spread over multiple days using wifi and cell with fast speeds I each voice recording just keeps saying waiting for network connection. this is on android app. horrible. feel like I wasted my money and have lost many important thoughts that I can't remem

Can't recommend the (android) app at this time. When it works, it works. But I've now run into a scenario multiple times where it just can't upload my recording which effectively means it's lost. I've used the app per their recommendations, the screen is on the whole time, the app is open and displayed the whole time. But when I finally finish my note it just says 'Waiting for network'. The note is gone at this point. They really need to store the note locally before uploading.
