"This app provides a very poor experience, especially with its fingerprint scanner, which performs terribly for verification. There is no alternative login option, making it extremely frustrating to use, particularly when accessing the app on a second device. The application feels poorly designed and is a significant waste of time for users relying on fingerprint verification."

It has been almost 3 weeks now, I've been consistently trying to verify my account on a new device, each time it fails (prompting your verification could not be processed). I've even reached out their help centre. But it seems the only solution available is that I have to depend on some kind of luck for it to work. Edit : around 2 months. No luck!

A Third Rate app. One cannot even sign up because its long OTP, valid only for 30 seconds and complicated finger print verification are beyond comprehension. I gave up after three efforts and uninstalled the app. After a few months when I tried again, the app still behaves the same. When the developers of an app believe that what they have done is perfect, they shut their eyes to any improvements. The app in it's present condition does not deserve any star and has been consequently uninstalled.
