Ratings and reviews

Customer service is non existent & you can NOT change or edit your reservation within the app as they claim you can. If you get bumped out after choosing a site within the time frame allowed to check out the site you choose will then be unavailable indefinitely. I think this is causing sites to show as booked when they really aren't in the system as we noticed the last camping experience had very few campers yet the park said they were fully booked.

samsung s24u. I cant read any of the alerts, I can't read anything I have to agree too. if I do want to read it, I need to highlight and copy it to a Note to read it. During winter I was unable to reserve sites that were clearly not taken. I am not sure it was even accurate for what I just booked (the map). we will see in a few weeks. I am never able to select equipment. I thought hey maybe the mobile app is just bad, I'll use the website. also terrible. What is my $10 fee going too?

This is a smooth working and quick app to book camping sites at most parks we have used it for. Different parks have different rules and booking requirements. So, occasionally there may be a variation in information solicited when booking. If you aren't an Active Advantage member and book sites regularly here it's worthwhile to join. It saves you $10/reservation. If you visit parks regularly inquire about loyalty programs and other discounts, which can really add up. The app accepts them, too.
