Ratings and reviews

This app is horrible. There is no notifcation category. It is not thread-based. The search is across all conversations. You cannot bookmark/star/favorite something said. It was marketed as free and now costs money. Like a hundred a year so you can use the worst version of email in the world. The calendar does not untegrate into ANYTHING and does not show to the other party and has no customization. Email is a way better option. The last thing you need when dealing with a mess is a horrible app.

I thoroughly enjoy using this app as it makes it way easier for our mediators to be able to just pull up what our conversations have been. But now I cannot message my ex, like court ordered, without having to pay a monthly fee. Guess this is just another app that will be deleted off my device and I'll have to find something else to use to communicate with him. Granted they did offer discount pricing for current users, but it's still ridiculous that all we can do now it export our files or pay.

My notifications have said 6 unread for months. I've sent in multiple requests to have it fixed or notified of what has been missed. They have replied, but nothing has been done. Can not say I would recommend it. It had been a bit of a pain. The search texts function does not work properly ex: search "christmas" no results... many times discussed.
