*Common wire (c-wire) not required for most applications. Does not work with baseboard heat and some other systems. Common wire (c-wire) is required for heat only systems, cool only systems and heat pump systems.

Ratings and reviews

Great app so far. Stalls for about 2 seconds each time I open it, it says "connecting" every time. I have fiber internet too. I'd like more detail in the usage. Such as showing WHEN the system comes on and for how long each time. Right now it only tells you how long it's on for each day, not specific times like Nest. Seems that the temperature swing range doesn't really do much. It can be set to short or long cycles and it's pretty much the same. It needs more drastic temperature cycles.

Keeps logging me out. When I try to login it tells me password is incorrect. I keep my passwords saved in a password manager. Then when I try to change password, it says something went wrong. This has been ongoing for weeks now. Tried on several phones. The ads I don't care too much about. It's out of the way and I support them making some revenue for server costs but come on, fix the app!

This app is absolutely obnoxious. every time there's any issue with the thermostat, you have to re-initialize the entire thermostat, as if it had never existed. The other issue is that the Sensi Lite absolutely refuses to hold a setting without the app. You can manually change the temperature until you're blue in the face and it automatically goes back to the factory settings. Junk product, junk company. They probably are a great data mining company hidden in a terrible thermostat.
