Getting reports of the app alerting that the web page is not accessible. I've tried to repeat this behavior and cannot. I installed from the Play Store on a Samsung S4 and Tab 2 and the app works as it should without errors on my end.
Added internet permission to try and resolve loading issue. The app works fine on the above listed devices and emulators. Sorry that I don't have more testing devices available.
Use suction pressure, liquid pressure, superheat, subcooling, amperage, and humidity control to determine what problem the system has.
The tool is based on NIST Refrigerant Properties and is using the Antoine equations for the conversion. You will be able to see both dew and bubble point for refrigerants with glide.
How to use
On the left side of the screen a slider quickly helps you find the pressure or temperature reference. On the right side you can find the precise pressure and temperature. You can type in the precise pressure or temperature reading, and Refrigerant Slider will instantly give you the corresponding figure and move the slider for visual indication.
You can easily change pressure and temperature units within the most used metric (SI) and imperial units and switch between gage and absolute pressures as you please.

Not only is voltage very critical but the amp can tell us how hard a compressor is working and is a good indication of a charge
Evaporator superheat is a calculation of the amount of liquid refrigerant going into the evaporator and the heat load of an air conditioner evaporator.
Subcooling is the amount of liquid held back in the condenser. This allows the liquid to give up more heat, below saturated pressure- temperature.
Temperature difference of an evaporator coil will vary with the total heat of the air entering the evaporator and the load on the condenser. This temperature will vary from 10º F to 30º F depending on total heat of the air entering the evaporator.
When you download HVACPro you will get both the phone version and the pad version. The first 5 diagrams are the phone version the last 4 are for the pad version.
REMEMBER!! The built-in microphones were aligned to human voice (300-3400Hz, 40-60dB). Therefore the maximum values are LIMITED by the hardware limitation, and very loud sound(100+ db) cannot be recognized. Moto Droid (max.100), Galaxy S3 (81dB), Galaxy Note (91dB), Galaxy S2 (98dB)...
SPL(sound pressure level) meter app uses your built-in microphone to measure noise volume in decibels(db), and shows a reference. We had calibrated many android devices with the actual sound level meter with dB(A).
See the 4-6th pictures. I had calibrated many android devices with an actual sound level meter. You can trust the result in routine-noise levels (40-70dB). But, please use it as an auxiliary tool.
* Pro version added Features :
- Sound Meter and Vibrometer are integrated
- Statistic menu with saving log data
- CSV file exporting
- Level notification
- Line-chart duration
- More models are calibrated
- No ads
* Do you want more tools?
Get [Sound Meter Pro] and [Smart Tools] package.
For more information, see the manual, Youtube video and the blog. Thank you.
** Not compatible with: Xperia(X8, X10 mini), LG(Optimus One, P350), GT-I9001, ZTE, etc
Have you ever cooperate with an architect with lots of new ideas and you need to redesign your system again and again?
Have you tired of checking the chilled water pipe sizing table again and again?
Here is a solution!
Using the knowledge referenced from ASHRAE-2009 Fundamentals, assuming black steel for chilled water pipe material, this application perform quick and simple chilled water pipe sizing for cooling load up to 40,000 tons (140,800 kW).
This application has already inputted the factory data of the total capacity of different sizes of hvac units for your reference. Of course, you can enter yours!
Imagine you are running a multi-story office building. There are 25 nos. of FCU - 400, 80 nos. of FCU - 800, 10 nos. of FCU - 1000 and a 5,000 L/s size of PAU on each of the floors. The architectural design keeps changing and you need to redesign the system again and again. Of course you also need to re-size each section of the chilled water pipes connected to your system at the same time.
You will then find using "Quick CHW Pipe Sizer - HVAC" can ease your work a lot!
This application is also an excellent tool for Residential, Hospital, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial design.

Each refrigerant is represented by a “dot” above the pressure wheel. Swipe left or right across the refrigerant bottle to switch to the refrigerant you desire. The color of the refrigerant bottle will match the official code for that refrigerant. The oil type, global warming potential, safety group, and corresponding pressure temperature wheel are also displayed. Swipe the temp –pressure wheel left or right to view the saturated pressure and temperature values.
The units are specified by using the buttons on the sides. If a unit is highlighted green, then the wheel beside it displays values in that unit. Additionally, the font color of the wheel will match the font color of the button selected. Any combination of units can be selected to view, such as Celsius and psig or Fahrenheit and bar at the same time.
Press the arrow on the left or right side to jump to either end of the wheel. The left arrow will move to the lowest temperature available and the right will move to the highest temperature.
Touch the “Refrigerants” menu button to narrow down the list of refrigerants available.
Each refrigerant that has a checkmark will be available to view from the main screen (and represented by a “dot”).
