How to use
On the left side of the screen a slider quickly helps you find the pressure or temperature reference. On the right side you can find the precise pressure and temperature. You can type in the precise pressure or temperature reading, and Refrigerant Slider will instantly give you the corresponding figure and move the slider for visual indication.
You can easily change pressure and temperature units within the most used metric (SI) and imperial units and switch between gage and absolute pressures as you please.

Getting reports of the app alerting that the web page is not accessible. I've tried to repeat this behavior and cannot. I installed from the Play Store on a Samsung S4 and Tab 2 and the app works as it should without errors on my end.
Added internet permission to try and resolve loading issue. The app works fine on the above listed devices and emulators. Sorry that I don't have more testing devices available.

Evaporator superheat is a calculation of the amount of liquid refrigerant going into the evaporator and the heat load of an air conditioner evaporator.
Subcooling is the amount of liquid held back in the condenser. This allows the liquid to give up more heat, below saturated pressure- temperature.
Temperature difference of an evaporator coil will vary with the total heat of the air entering the evaporator and the load on the condenser. This temperature will vary from 10º F to 30º F depending on total heat of the air entering the evaporator.

Each refrigerant is represented by a “dot” above the pressure wheel. Swipe left or right across the refrigerant bottle to switch to the refrigerant you desire. The color of the refrigerant bottle will match the official code for that refrigerant. The oil type, global warming potential, safety group, and corresponding pressure temperature wheel are also displayed. Swipe the temp –pressure wheel left or right to view the saturated pressure and temperature values.
The units are specified by using the buttons on the sides. If a unit is highlighted green, then the wheel beside it displays values in that unit. Additionally, the font color of the wheel will match the font color of the button selected. Any combination of units can be selected to view, such as Celsius and psig or Fahrenheit and bar at the same time.
Press the arrow on the left or right side to jump to either end of the wheel. The left arrow will move to the lowest temperature available and the right will move to the highest temperature.
Touch the “Refrigerants” menu button to narrow down the list of refrigerants available.
Each refrigerant that has a checkmark will be available to view from the main screen (and represented by a “dot”).
