The accessibility service in Before Launcher is disabled by default. Your consent is required to allow the accessibility service to be used by the Before Launcher and when consent is granted it is only used for the double-tap feature. You can revoke your consent at any time. The feature and the service do not collect or share any data.

I haven't used a 3rd party launcher in several years, I've tried other simplistic launchers but they either offered way too much or way too little - or would lock all the best features behind a paywall/subscription. I've only used the free version of Beyond so far but I can say that it is a wonderful experience! I think there could be some improvements to the visual customizations - font outlines would be great for readability! But so far Beyond is highly recommended.

I was looking for a minimalist user interface without losing the full functionality of my phone. I use the free version. I have not seen any ads. I use only text for displaying my apps. The notification filter is perfect and puts you back in control of when you interact with your phone. You can use black and white icons or even the regular icons. I recommend this app if looking for a minimalist user interface with control over your notifications and appearance. It can do more than that too.

love this so much! It hides things just enough to not want to click on them. I was searching so hard for something like this but literally almost everything else wanted you to subscribe to their app for a stupid amount of money. It makes it sooo hard to try and digitally disconnect without getting rid of the essentials like texting and calling. This is the closest I could get to what I was looking for without the subscribing. and if you want more options you can pay one time which is reasonable!
