The application barely connects to the internal services of the company and partners. The requests get cancelled without notifications being sent to the user. I had to create almost all requests by phone except of one paid maintenance of AC that I did in the app. And that was also a really bad experience. I'm not satisfied with EMAAR service overall - I created dozens of requests and only a handful were resolved. And this is for the brand new apartment which nobody was living in before!

Update 25 Aug 21: The app update changed the look and UI, but the amenities booking doesn't work, and that's the only thing I'm using it for. Useless now! The app does what it's supposed to do, but frequently forces to update with massive downloads, starts with a very heavy and unnecessary video and the user interface is outdated and not friendly. It keeps asking for my name but never remembers it. Displays information in an unappealing way. Expect better!

I find this App to be 50-50. There is good stuff in it but then gets spoilt by the rest. Example try to make payment on this App. I remember using this App in my laptop. Now I have to scrutinize my eyes to read the small print in the App - which is not expandable. Overall it is frustrating and alot of waste of time
