I only have one working device connected to the Internet. The app asks for the information about other devices that were synching with my cellphone that is no longer on line and the desktop I was using can't be upgraded to W11. I lost my Microsoft account due to a power outage that prevented monthly payments for 365.

You can not transfer account's from old phone authenticator to new phone authenticator. You get trapped with old telephone because it is only way to access your protected logins. Maybe there is a paid version that allows to transfer your security codes from old phone to authenticator on your new phone? If it is, the application is money trap, because it will not transfer until you pay for access to your private logins.

I paid for the subscription because I lost my code and it said i could get it back on backups and it did nothing DO NOT BUY this terrible app
