The bank deleted my account without a reason or even a notification. It seems a public problem happened because of a sudden update on thrusday before. In order to return my account back, it was mandatory to re-associate my debit card with a new username by visiting the link of "forget your username" in the application, and then follow all instructions of creating a new account. What a bad experience to not be able to use the application when you urgently need it.

since the system is down most of the time , it took like 2 weeks to figure that the old app is no longer working, and there is a new app that is supposed to be used instead when i complained to customer service. the new app worked fine for around 2 months, then always getting an error or a white screen. what the hell are you people doing !!!

The old app stop working & always asking to check internet connection. Also the new one didn't even start, it opened the browser & displaying: 404. That’s an error. The requested URL /untrustedkeyboard was not found on this server. Update: the very strange reason the app was crashed is the default keyboard, after I noticed the error mentioned untrustedkeyboard, I changed it & the new app is working now but unfortunately as unregistere, new user name & password and all beneficiaries were deleted.
