App is very buggy on Android, and website (at least in LA County) is an exercise in frustration and endless loops. For public health crisis now almost 2 yrs old, we really should have gotten this thought out and reliable by now. Can't imagine any of my 60+ relatives or friends being able to navigate this process, app, or website on their own. Better than nothing, but not great.

First off, the app alone is not good. It would forget my login every 2-3 days and make me sign up for a new account again (essentially). Secondly, I would constantly have to force close it to refresh results because it would say 'no internet connection' and not respond upon re-opening the app. Lastly, the company itself (CORE) who uses this app sent results 7 days after a test that has a 1-2 ETA. 7 days for results makes those results completely worthless to know, so no thanks for that!

Couldn't even get the app set up. It sent me a code and I entered it. New screen immediately came up asking for a code and I entered the code again (it's the only code I had) and was told code couldn't be found. Tried 4 times and had the same results. Frustrating when you can't even get into an app at all. Disappointing too because I think I need this app to see test results from one of my Drs.
