I like the concept, but it definitely needs more improvement as a browser. Would be willing to revisit if my sites didn't crash (I had privacy settings on balanced, not strict, but still experienced crashes). I support their ideas of transparency and family values. However, without the needed browser functionality, this app is not going to be useable for me.

I believe in the mission of the app but there is one glaring issue: the navigation bar. This bar never goes away even when fullscreening a video and it's too much to bear. Adding an option in settings to remove this bar or have it disappear when scrolling / fullscreening a video would help. Even having the option to reduce its size would help. When this happens I will gladly change my rating. Keep up the great work!

So., I like the idea of moving away from Google, to a more trustable search utility, but I'm looking for browsers to test, and freespoke seems to only be an app that performs a search beneath it's surface. Beneath being that which the one who initiated the search doesn't see, or control like a browser. And if that's the case, what search engine are you using to locate results? If the results arrive from Google, then what's the point? Hope this makes sense.
