Can't even use this app! All I've been able to do is download and set up account. I'm stuck in the settings (that's where it took me when I first opened the app). It says "We've noticed some activity in your account doesn't meet our guidelines. View Terms and Conditions." All I've done is put in my email, phone and date of birth. How is that not meeting their guidelines! Their "chat support" is garbage. It goes in circles, this issue isn't an option for support.

I heard really good things about this app from a coworker. Her and her daughter (under 18) use the app and love it. But when I finally got all set up, I was stuck on the settings screen. I tried to back out, the app would just say "can't go back" and I've restarted the app and my phone. There are no updates needed and I did everything the chat told me to do. I was then told I violated terms and services, which I have not, as the only thing I had done was put my email and phone number in. Oh well

This is a legit app, I've cashed out probably around $100 in gift cards. It's good, but the surveys suck and some of the games from "Offers" don't give creds and it's complicated to complain. Also the customer service is very bad at answering specific questions. The only really reliable things for creds are the challenge mode games and snapping receipts. There's not a lot of variety with the games though.
