constantly blocked low amount payments, customer service is unavailable on weekends and evenings, statement PDFs can not be copied to paste into spreadsheets... had consistent issues from all facets of this bank.

DON'T USE GRASSHOPPER!!! worst banking experience, opened my account and deposited 2 checks, a week later it says they cleared but no indication they exist in my account, few days later they finally show up under holding, couple days after that I finally get access, or so I thought bc two days after the 10 day process to clear them I'm told my accounts locked until I verify my identity with my ID, a selfie, and the checks. I'm a small business and can't afford 2 weeks without access to my funds

I've had Grasshopper bank for a few years. I'm considering moving to a different company because their customer service is terrible. I chatted with reps like Rebecca and they don't seem to care about resolving my account issues or coordinating with other employees within the company. If I was leading this Fintech company, I would hire new customer service reps and build better processes in-house.
