the app only works when it decides it wants to. every time I try to log into the reports page, it takes so long to load that is crashes out. how is this company multi-billion in revenue but can't have a working app ... get it together so we can actually do our work

APP freezes a lot. Even while registration, it took me 7 attempts to fill it. I could not create a single item in the menu as it keeps crashing. Please rectify it to be able to use it. Thanks. Don't take it as negative feedback. But points observed for improvement.

So many issues, every time it said update available even if the app has already been updated, I will be in the middle of a ticket when that bug happens and I have to re do the ticket and it happens nearly every ticket Update it forced me to do another update and not any reports or anything doesn't work how can updates be so terrible. If I could I would give this app 0 stars and once again a forced update and suddenly I can't search names up. Okay once again the app forces a update but then you u
