Ratings and reviews

The new update makes the app worst to use. It's so hard to navigate even for bank statements. It used to be simple and quick but the new update makes it too complicated. I even have trouble checking my account balance as there is no option available. There are some options "Deposits, Loan, Credit Card, Invest and Insure". I don't have any loan or credit card so my account is not shown anywhere. How can I get transactions, available balance and other details. The UI should be as simple as it was.

It's the worst update. I am unable to log in. Once I log in I can't see the account details. If I see the account details, it is showing the account details of another joint account too where I am the second holder. 3 times I have raised the ticket. The issue has not yet resolved. How long are you going to take to run the app smoothly.

Nothing works easily in this app.They asked for updating the app, then in updated app login process is so stressful. They are not sending otp in time and then they block the service for 24 hours. Next day again same process going on. worst. After all this when I tried to call customer care number, they are all busy and giving me 19 minutes waiting time. Seriously? All they want is our money. That's it. But in the name of service... they are zero. There is no one to help the customer.
