Service and Riders here in my loc. are nice. My only concern in using the service is this app.PLEASE FIX THE APP.I could understand when the acc automatically logs out, but idk what's the problem when its literally the app that I couldn't open. When this happens reinstalling the app is the way to do.It automatically goes to my home page.The app is so annoying. Is it some kind of bug or something? Also,please let the user easily copy the tracking number.It'll make my transactions hassle free.

So far so good. Their customer service is decent, only some of their customer service agents act quickly on my complaints with their branches, but some agents are useles and do not take corrective action. Delivery is fast but handling is sometimes poor, I still encounter damaged items during shipping. I hope they could lower their shipping fees for heavy items/own packaged boxes to provincial areas.

i was able to successfully send my parcel the first time i used the app. after that, the app no longer opens and instantly closes. I can't track the parcel i sent
