After my phone decided to die on me, I had to get a new phone. I updated the app but the notifications on the two step verification were still seeing my previous device as "active". I contacted customer service to fix the issue so I can sign in under my profile and even explained to them from two separate emails both primary and secondary tied to my business and got absolutely no where. If I could contact their technical support on the issue and actually have it resolved. That would be great!

Notifications are used far too frequently, and I've encountered probably the least useful of them all quite often: you have missed updates. It tells me basically nothing since I get updates every day, and it just clogs up my phone's notifications for nothing... On top of that LinkedIn has a monopoly on the job market and requires premium features for things that should be free (like seeing who viewed your profile) The apps performance is good, and it accomplishes what it sets out to do.

The fact that you have zero customer support if a person can't log in is ridiculous. I've gone through the verification process, can't get into my account, and can't get any information on if there's a normal wait time. The forced verification is also a giant pain. You shouldn't act like it's optional when you're going to lock accounts within a day if people don't verify.
