i lose more than 100K, and I never won i hope i will take the Grand soon ,but the offers, staffs food and drinks everything is amazing .

I've been trying since monday, I've kept my vouchers on the app, which was a big mistake since I didn't get to use it, Tomorrow is the reservation day for the grand giveaway and I need this fixed before that otherwise I may not get the gift
