I was a verified user and they've blocked my account suddenly just after about 2 days of using the app without any reason and they withheld my personal and legal funds. Step away from this scam app and platform!

MiFinity seemed fine at first — easy to deposit, quick to charge their fees. But once I tried to withdraw my fully legitimate and documented funds, everything changed. My account was already verified with ID, address, bank statements, and detailed income source letters. Yet they froze my account without clear notice, retroactively blamed me for missing an email, and blocked all withdrawal or refund options. The AML officer requested extremely private documents without even signing their name

cannot get much help with logging into my account. I have tried all different emails, passwords and will not let me log in. support says I don't have an account, however I do because I used it back in March. I can't make a new account as my details already exist. wouldn't recommend.
