Been really enjoying the game and solving the mysteries. But after a recent update and the new story of Elizabeth helping out the little girl, it keeps glitching out. As soon as I get too low on energy a little message bubble pops up saying "energy refills on its own but it takes time". And I'm unable to click on anything. I have to wait a bit and then that goes away and then I can continue doing stuff. It's very annoying.

Too much money that you have to spend. Puzzles are very complex and can't be beaten without spending money on "tools" to help beat levels. I have to uninstall because this is a money pit where you just keep dumping it and barely see much of any progress. Great storyline but way too much hassle.

If I could put zero stars I would. I contacted customer service twice and was told to play some more and then resend the request. How can I play more if it's FROZEN?!?! The game is now frozen!!! Everytime I restart it it replays the same scene and freezes and there is no way around it. I'm at the scene where the Detective calls the hotel after finding the phone # while on the island. I can't uninstall it cuz it's connected to Mistplay and will not earn credits if reinstalled.
