I recently ordered from AJIO, and I’m thoroughly disappointed. First off, their non-refundable convenience fee is absolutely ridiculous! It feels like a hidden charge that they impose for no good reason. To make matters worse, their return system is a nightmare. I had to initiate a return for an item, and the pickup service was a disaster. The pickup was scheduled but took forever—over a month! I felt like I was just waiting in limbo, and there was zero communication from customer service.

Very bad experience Ratings are very poor for almost all the products. Unexplained and unnecessary non refundable convenience fee that other online shopping apps do not apply on all the products. Moreover, there are no written reviews and pictures of the products by the customers. Additionally, the app is extremely slow. It hangs again and again. Not liking the shopping experience.

The overall experience with the Ajio app has been quite frustrating. The app is not smooth and often lags while scrolling, making it feel slow and unresponsive. It takes a significant amount of time to load pages, which ruins the browsing experience. The performance needs improvement, as navigating through the app is sluggish.Even though my network speed and everything is good but still it shows check your internet connection. Every time you open the app it recommendis you to update the app.
