I used this apps a lot, not having problems until recently, I am not late with my payment but being terrorized by the collection team. I have responded but still being terrorized eventhough I gave clear information that I will pay today. Will finish my payment then stop using this app. So disappointed.

samir used to be one of my top for lending app, easy to understand. but recently their DC been rude and annoying. their old ways of reminder by text was way way better than now. it's ok if someone was late, BUT NO. even for people pay ontime their chat is annoying. hope u can fix this so can be more convinient.

the app so bad omg, i want to verification my KTP but the camera not working properly, the screen always blank i cant take a photo if i just click the result always Blur, just wast a time
