About this app

Sentara MyChart provides you access to your health information and helps you conveniently, and securely, manage care for yourself and your family members. With Sentara MyChart you can:

·Communicate with your care team.
·Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
·Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
·View your After Visit Summary® for past visits and hospital stays, along with any clinical notes your provider has recorded and shared with you.
·View and pay your medical bills.
·Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.

To access Sentara MyChart, you must first create a Sentara account. To sign up for an account, visit Sentara.com or download the app and click on Sign Up. After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your Sentara username and password each time. Then, make sure you have push notifications enabled to receive updates on your device when new information is available in Sentara MyChart.

love this app, I get mostly all my test results same day, easy to make appointments and request medication refills, can pay your co pay before going to your appointment, keeps all your medical history at your finger tips, I think this app would be great for children with elderly parents that can't always go to the appointment with them. you can communicate via messages with your provider through this app as well.

One of the best Healthcare apps I've ever used! It is easy to use, the Pre-Check In questionnaire saves a great deal of time, and the results are posted quickly and are easy to understand. The billing is easy to navigate and use. Overall, this is an outstanding app!!!

Honestly this is my favorite form of social media. This app brings so much peace of mind an easy access to records that I feel as though I do not have the capacity to thank enough.
