Lately, I have been experiencing errors. It says "the video can't be played," which makes me upset and annoyed (more than the words). Some have that error. Some cannot be downloaded (for me, G-11 Chemistry, Chapter 8).It is also hard to find the video I have watched, as thumbnails (previews) are covered with Waso Learn logo. I hope you guys fix them. I'm a student who was really having difficulty with chemistry. But after finding out Waso Learn app, there is no difficulty with chemistry at all.

I have been using Waso Learn since 2022. It has been a miracle for me. I can learn the lessons whenever I want. The teachers are also brilliant in explaining in details. But a few suggestions here. Although true/false and multiple choice questions and quizzes are perfect, I really want to practice more especially the longer questions. I also want something like chapter end test, mid test, final test with different kinds of questions with time limitations so that I can see my feedbacks.

I think there's a problem for me. Ive been using this since last year. And the app is so good and useful for self learners like me. But lately i am struggling with an error which is said 'video can't be played'. I checked my connection if that's why. but it seems not. I don't know why but i hope you can fix up asap. 🙂↕️
