Just wondering what the point of adding my fingerprint is if I have to enter my password every time anyway. And then to change password you have to verify 3+times before you can finally access your stuff. I understand the need for security but this is ridiculous and unnecessary. It shouldn't take me 10 minutes to login to an app. Definitely useless.

Update: the app works much better now, and is very useful. My new fishing license updated automatically while I was waiting for my physical copy to arrive by mail. Good job Colorado! Original review: Great idea, but poorly executed and supported. Facial recognition took me 30 minutes to achieve. Then when my new fishing license wouldn't update I was Instructed to uninstall the app and go through all that again. No thanks, I'll go to the dentist instead!

Errors in setting up account (until I found the correct requirements for login info by trial and error it would only show an error box with "ok" . Once finally logged in I tried multiple times to take my photos. I did it in a well lit area with a piece of black paper as the background. It passed all the initial quality checks and then said upload failed. It also kicked me out of the app. Android phone fully updated.
