Be careful with their autorenew options. they have an arm twisting tactic to deceive you to autorenew as you can check the button without been clear what it's about before your sign up. they claim the sent auto renew notices but I never received any emails. then I got charged again for an app I don't need. customer service says they cannot refund me and only will issue a credit that must be used within the specified time. else you will loose your money. for an app this expensive on weekly cost

First event setup was good however since then we have been unable to activate events going forward , despite following all the steps that were recommended on your site. This is totally unacceptable. We did several events that were futile due to this constant issue. Very disappointing especially since we paid a full subscription and was only able to properly do only one event .

I've had to purchase an additional subscription to use my Android. They do not have the purchase option on iOS setup to purchase DuoPass. So it cost me $100 for a weekly subscription because of this...beware if you want to use DuoPass make sure to purchase it on the website or if using a mobile device use a browser.
