I have been using this app for years but recently it started having problems. Major error setting pricing in the app; it totally fails with this error: "Problem accessing /listings/rates/5384743. Reason: User not authenticated But I am logged in and can see other aspects of my listings. Yes I have the latest version of the OS and the app. Also tried clearing the cache, but no change Powered by Jetty://" Ugghhh

Please do not use this platform. I have my listing in other online hosting platform, and every single one of them is easier to use, has a better vetting system for guests, and more importantly they have a customer service team that cares and is accessible. Dealing with Tripadvisor is incredibly frustrating, impossible to get a hold of someone in this company that has a say. I had three bookings with them, and had to cancel after they withheld payment for 15 days with no explanation.

At first, I encountered a 'user not authorized' error when attempting to make changes in the app. After logging out and attempting to log back in, I found myself stuck in a login loop. Each time I entered my email and password, I was prompted to solve a puzzle to prove I'm human. However, even after completing the puzzle, I was redirected back to the login screen, repeating the same process. I'm unsure how to proceed as I'm now unable to use the app.
