Ratings and reviews

Does not work for international flights. The app doesn't inform you that you must have a paper boarding pass in order to get through passport control, those folks don't accept the digital boarding pass on your phone. Unfortunately, the app doesn't provide that critical piece of information. Since the app didn't tell me that, I wouldn't trust it to provide accurate information about other things. Deleting.

I wondered why people rate this app so badly and then I tried to use it and understood very quickly. Vietnam Airlines really need to take it seriously and improve the UX immediately! -The only possible login for some features is with your phone number, but it limits the character number to 10 so you can't log in and the confirmation SMS is sent to a non-existent number. -When you contact support in the app, the UI is fixed behind your keyboard so you can't see the typing...

1. While I'm registered as lotus member, the flights I buy from the app don't add my membership automatically + doesn't add the flight in upcoming flights monitor, which defeats the purpose of having the app. 2. several bugs reported that were not fixed, music stoping when app opening + no ability to enter a phone number that is not registered in Vietnam at Flight booking page.
