Not so user friendly. Unlike other airline apps, managing your booking is a nightmare here. You have to contact customer service, which is next to impossible. Took me three days to finally get an agent, and when you do, the available dates and seats are gone and you are left with no choice but to take an upgrade to Premium or business class.

Best airlines, and customer service is quick. I actually had to cancel my ticket due to some issues and I wasn't expecting a full refund based on the ticket I had purchased. They also made that clear with me when I asked for it to be cancelled. But to my surprise I got a full refund am still shocked and happy. I see why Cathay is ranked in the top 10. I will have to fly with them.

Unbelievably bad app. I have a business lounge pass to use due to miles and status points. Impossible to get the business lounge pass to work. App just stops working. It must be full of bugs
