Poorly developed app. When trying to pay with Google Pay, need to login to Google Pay within the app instead of triggering Google Pay app like how other apps and websites do it. After logging in, error stating that the app didn't develop based on Google's requirements. Order lost twice when paying with PayNow. The app gave a warning that user has to quickly switch back to the app after paying using PayNow, else order will be lost. I did it and the app returned to home page, order lost.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID!!! I used it once thinking it was great then contacting customer service took more than 1 hrs to reply and they gave generic answered which doesn't answer our question. they do not read and understand the customer issues how are you doing business like this. I can't imagine having issues overseas and getting the same kind quality support .

bought initial esim off shopee. install app and tried to topup after I finished my data allocation. made payment via paylah. returned to app after payment. app does not acknowledge I have made payment. I was not able to click to the next page in app. the live chat is a joke. takes forever to get connected, they reply you once. I reply back and it gets disconnected. tried multiple times. still out of pocket and have not seen a refund
