Ratings and reviews

Its a nice app that works pretty flawlessly, however its missing features that are too essential for me. You cannot add a bike, or other passengers to your travels like you can with the rejsekort at the stations. Its easier to add my injured family member to my card than for them to keep forking out their wallet or phone while I assist them. Same for family that comes to visit. I would love to give 5 stars once this feature is added.

The app is poorly developed. I connected it to mobilepay, and then the payment didn't even go through. The app customer service just blamed it on mobilepay which is absolutely ridiculous because the same day I successfully paid for tickets in the dsb app with mobilepay amongst other things and there was no problem. This app is the problem and the poor customer service as well. Not to mention the fact that you can't even see the price for the journey beforehand.

Rejsekort app is tracking your every move, even when you are not actively using the app & haven't opened it in hours. It says in the settings that this app is sharing the tracking data with a third party. It tried accessing my location at 4am while I had my phone in flight mode and was sleeping, and I was NOT checked in. Seriously troublesome. edit: I had tried selecting "only while using the app", as the dev-comment below says. then the app doesn't work and demands location access.
