We were not able to access our accounts for days during the switch over. Then when we did finally get the green light, we had to re-register. Then realized our account information was someone else's (with security still keeping info concealed). That corrected itself fairly promptly. A few other things were messed up. One of my bills can no longer draw funds via ACH and now, it is telling me to install the new version again but there is no new one that I can find! This is getting ridiculous.

The new website & app are so much more difficult to use than the old ones... and that's IF you can even get the app to work. :( SO disappointed in you, Numerica!! You can do so much better (and it WAS better before the new rollout). These changes took several leaps backwards instead of forwards. :( I dread using your services now, instead of looking forward to it. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!! FWIW I'm young & consider myself to be pretty tech savvy. The issues & dislike I have aren't from ineptitude.

Way to spring this on us without warning. The app is cluttered and more difficult to navigate than the old one. None of my bill pay info carried over from the old app which is the most frustrating part. I have to enter all these accounts again manually. I am not getting texts alerts like I should. The one good thing is that now I can see and use my kids' accounts. Other than that the old addage applies "If it ain"t broke, don't fix it".
