This keyboard is great to use when setup correctly but as mentioned lack of customization is why I find it hard to use this keyboard. specifically not being to remove punctuation keys or have individual emoji key. I also had an issue with the emoji panel being overly sensitive to selecting an emoji or scrolling. I thought it was my device but confirmed with another keyboard and found issue to be keyboard.

Fcitx5 for Android still works in 2024 the only real problem is some of the emojis still don't appear right in some Android devices. It has all of the features and settings that you want in a keyboard app if you could just fix the app emojis to work and appear right in older and newer Android devices Instead of half working I will give this app a five star review. It hasn't been updated since August 23, 2023.
