It is easy to purchase a ticket. BUT watch your bank account. I went absolutely no where yesterday and the app charged my card 3 times for $1.25. There are no tickets in my "available" section. Also I don't like how you have to keep pulling your ticket up . When the bus shows up early..you are scrambling to reload the ticket..I've gotten left because the bus driver thought I was lying about having a digital ticket.

Hello, If purchased tickets are not showing in the Available section, tap on Settings and then Ticket Storage. The tickets may be stored in the cloud. You can change the setting to store tickets on your device by tapping Edit Default Ticket Location. If your tickets are not there, please call or text customer service at 713-635-4000 for assistance.

Wow! Sink or swim time! No useful help or FAQ. They assume you already know the ridemetro jargon. The app Sells tickets without any explanation as to what the ticket does. And when you go to pay for a ticket, they have made it extremely difficult to use a debit card over G Pay and their "wallet", which must be loaded with preset amounts.

The device fails to load the tickets activated. Worse, if more than 1 ticket was bought, but only activated 1, sometimes when youre trying to open the ticket you activated the screen will ask to activate the card. You go back thinking you click the wrong ticket, but when youre sure you clicked the correct ticket and its clearly the only one in the activated tab, you click and the same menu pops up. You assume its just a courtesy, but then find out the 2nd ticket was actived instead.
