If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with
your Online Banking username and password.

If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create
a new password for the BDO Online app.

On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my
password.

Set up your new password

Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.

The password for the old Online Banking website is unchanged and
maintained separately.

The worst and downgrade of an app! The transfer function to the dollar account to the peso account is gone. It doesn't even show the current exchange rate. All the enrolled accounts of my family didn't transfer. So I have to re-add them as my favorite. What a hassle... I have to do most of my transactions on the website. they improve the look... but function wise... STUPID. A billion $$ worth of a company but approves a most useless app and calls it an upgrade.

Absolutely horrible app. The stupid OTP was never sent. When I hit resend OTP, I get an error message stating I entered the incorrect number. I didn't enter nothing!! I just hit RESEND. After 3 tries it locked me out of my account. A message appears saying to call BDO customer service to unlock account. I can't get through to customer service. So now I'm locked out of my account & can't pay my bills. A totally worthless app. OTPs is the worst form of security for a country with bad cell signals

It keeps on failing, especially on days I need to send / withdraw money. I can enter my account, but the buttons WON'T WORK for transferring money; even the QR code scan doesn't work. I dont know why it's always like this. I constantly update it, but EVERY TIME, it keeps on disappointing me. I've put up with this issue not just once or twice but more times than I care to count, and I'm reaching my boiling point. I need to transfer money right now, but it's not letting me. Please. Fix. It.
