Lately, I have been experiencing a frequent app crash everytime I open the app to check on my finances and to do some transactions via online. It wasn't like this before and even earlier part of this year, it was working well. But come around February 2026, it was already malfunctioning and crashing everytime I use it. Now, I can't do monetary transactions through the app, nor even check my daily finances. It is very frustrating and disappointing at my end! Why is this happening????

I have so many problems with the app. I keep getting all kinds of errors, like telling me to update the app, but once I go to the playstore, there isn't even an update button at all! I tried uninstalling it, then reinstalling it, and now It won't even let me log in. I went to the website, and I still keep getting errors. Your programming team is working horribly!

more reliable than its counterpart "BDO Online" and interface design is more modern. I just wish it's less buggy -- I mean, it's significantly less buggy than BDO Online, but still buggier than what's ideal. In ranking, it's the most reliable app among the local banks w/physical branches' digital banking apps, but still buggier than pure Digital Banks' banking apps. PROS: transactions w/ wrong details rarely push through; you rarely experience floating transactions; & cheap transaction fees!
