When are you going to give us an update? This app and BDO online is not working anymore. I already cleared my cache and try re-installing both apps but same error. It keeps on crashing upon opening. I can't even put my credentials. Workaround is to use the website version. This is too much hassle!

Lately, I have been experiencing a frequent app crash everytime I open the app to check on my finances and to do some transactions via online. It wasn't like this before and even earlier part of this year, it was working well. But come around February 2026, it was already malfunctioning and crashing everytime I use it. Now, I can't do monetary transactions through the app, nor even check my daily finances. It is very frustrating and disappointing at my end! Why is this happening????

I have so many problems with the app. I keep getting all kinds of errors, like telling me to update the app, but once I go to the playstore, there isn't even an update button at all! I tried uninstalling it, then reinstalling it, and now It won't even let me log in. I went to the website, and I still keep getting errors. Your programming team is working horribly!
