The app is not that helpful. It always loads again and again and do not pass through quickly. Every open it keeps repeating to ask about linking certain account for payment and receiving. This is frankly takes time specially is you have an urgent transactions online. You link it now then it does not pass through, so you need to go back and open the app again, and then it happens again. This is irritating. There is an evident problem in this app. P

can't even use this app for sending money or buying load, it always says unable to buy load or sending in progress. And even after weeks of sending in progress, the money was still not sent to the recipient. Very inconvenient and not worth it

The app keeps telling me to link an account, but I've already linked it. Every time I open the app, it says I need to add a payment account and a receiving account. I've already done that, but they keep disappearing. I think there's a bug.
