Lately, I have been experiencing a frequent app crash everytime I open the app to check on my finances and to do some transactions via online. It wasn't like this before and even earlier part of this year, it was working well. But come around February 2026, it was already malfunctioning and crashing everytime I use it. Now, I can't do monetary transactions through the app, nor even check my daily finances. It is very frustrating and disappointing at my end! Why is this happening????

OK for checking or updating a trad bank, but one of the worst as a payment app because it is gated three times - twice for ads and once for authentication (because the user has to click log in manually). Other apps start at the biometric gate right away.

I have so many problems with the app. I keep getting all kinds of errors, like telling me to update the app, but once I go to the playstore, there isn't even an update button at all! I tried uninstalling it, then reinstalling it, and now It won't even let me log in. I went to the website, and I still keep getting errors. Your programming team is working horribly!
