Ratings and reviews

The app is not that helpful. It always loads again and again and do not pass through quickly. Every open it keeps repeating to ask about linking certain account for payment and receiving. This is frankly takes time specially is you have an urgent transactions online. You link it now then it does not pass through, so you need to go back and open the app again, and then it happens again. This is irritating. There is an evident problem in this app. P

Absolutely terrible app. It keeps saying my information is incorrect even though I've entered everything exactly as it appears on my account. I've checked it over and over, and it still won't let me continue. How is anyone supposed to use this app if the verification system rejects correct information? this is so a wastes time and tests your patience. Please fix this broken verification process.

I am giving BDO Pay 5 stars, because I like it as a bank account. I am able to use it for my transactions. I am just hopeful for many things about this like seeing it someday to grow and evolve into a better form of service. I am particular about it being able to be used on e-commerce, tap-to-pay services and its card being able to be inserted on payment platforms. More power to you, BDO!
