Why did you remove the "Pay now" function from the credit card account? That was so convenient, especially with the statement attached below. Payment was just a step away. Now it takes multiple clicks. This is an example of fixing something that isn't broken.

I type my username in sign up button but it was always on error and it suggested to have another username. I tried to change another username to make it qualified to be a username. Unfortunately, instead the app said back to log in already but still I don't know what my username is. I don't understand. I'd try to put my email where they can send you steps on how to retrieve your username but still no email appeared. Please try to fix your system its kinda draining. Dissatisfied client.

more reliable than its counterpart "BDO Online" and interface design is more modern. I just wish it's less buggy -- I mean, it's significantly less buggy than BDO Online, but still buggier than what's ideal. In ranking, it's the most reliable app among the local banks w/physical branches' digital banking apps, but still buggier than pure Digital Banks' banking apps. PROS: transactions w/ wrong details rarely push through; you rarely experience floating transactions; & cheap transaction fees!
