After I was asked to change and update my password, the app is stuck on the login page and keeps asking me to enter the username, password, and a new OTP on every attempt. There is no announcement of system maintenance or issues causing customers to be unable to proceed and log in.

Can't even go beyond the login page. I've logged in and key-ed in the OTP twice and it still keeps sending me back to the login page. Like what? So how am I supposed to trade on the go if I can't even log in? Not trying to be mean, but you should have polished the app version before releasing it to the public and getting their hopes up.

Lags, crashes, unexpected session expired notifications. Can't trade properly because of lag, can't see the charts, and the general usability isn't there. I only installed this because it is like a freebie when you have a BDO account, and my money is tied to it. Overall, NOT RECOMMENDED unless fixed.
