I've been using the BDO app for a while, but recently it's been crashing consistently and not working as expected. Despite updating to the latest version, the issues persist. I’ve tried restarting my device, clearing cache and data, and even reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to fix the problem. This is quite frustrating, especially when I need to access my bank account on the go. The app needs a thorough update to resolve these stability issues. Until then, it's unreliable and not recommen

Can't even go beyond the login page. I've logged in and key-ed in the OTP twice and it still keeps sending me back to the login page. Like what? So how am I supposed to trade on the go if I can't even log in? Not trying to be mean, but you should have polished the app version before releasing it to the public and getting their hopes up.

After I was asked to change and update my password, the app is stuck on the login page and keeps asking me to enter the username, password, and a new OTP on every attempt. There is no announcement of system maintenance or issues causing customers to be unable to proceed and log in.
