Decided to take the trial after having the app for years. The app on my linked Samsung TV doesn't show hbo go, in fact it still says toggle me watch. I can't connect to my TV from my phone. Had to watch on laptop. Couldn't play anything else. Cancelled the trial. If you want me to continue paying shouldn't your service be flawless. The mediocre performance of this app is ridiculous

Crash on my Hisense after installing the latest version. Live TV which I used to enjoy but failed too. Very disappointing. Mediacorp had a senior staff to look into the problem seriously and fixed the issue. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I can watch my favorite programs again. Thank you very much 😊

There is a problem with casting. It was working without issues. Every few minutes it disconnects and the app shows connectivity issues (if I play the video on the phone, there is no such issue). My guess is that it could be due to ads that keep showing but having issues when casting is enabled. Can you pls help to fix?
