Dont use this app. Refund policy is horrible. I cancelled a private transfer that was over 3 weeks away and was refunded less than 50%. A few weeks later, I booked a different private transfer and canceled less than 12 hours after booking and lost more than 50% even though the trip was just booked and wasn't for another 3 days. Having traveled Asia extensively, I can assure you that there is no need to prebook travel, especially with 12go where you pay a higher price for the ticket anyway.

Easy to use. Can find everything i want to search. A bit confusing how to contact them to change the date. But in general app is pretty good. Will look more to use.

Really easy to use especially in Asia but a lot of hidden prices.
