"I had a terrible experience with Domino's today. I placed an order, and even after waiting over three hours, it still hadn't arrived. No one from the store communicated with me about the delay or provided any updates, which was incredibly frustrating. The app kept showing 'arriving in 5 minutes' for over an hour, but nothing showed up. This is unacceptable customer service, and I expected much better from Domino's. Very disappointed."

It was a very bad experience. Whenever we order something it shows it as waiting and cancels it. And he cancels the order from the baking department by telling them to bring it in 30 minutes. We keep waiting but he does not come and when we take the number from the help desk and call, it shows busy or not received.

Note: 1) no cancel button 2) No giftcard wallet so if you have less money in giftcard then you have to pay cash instead of being able to combine another giftcard or other payment method. 3) some coupons fail when using e gift voucher so you pay ext when i applied my e voucher, the coupon of pizza80 didn't worked!!!! i then clicked it and it did not gave me any cancel button, not even for a second with the e voucher. i wanted to order many things but only one thing is comming as i can't reorder.
